STRUCTURE This machine contains below parts: Film upper and lower covering part, Pressing and molding part; Clamping feed part; cutting part; Cylinder blanking part; Conveyor and sorting part. WORKING PRINCIPLE Put the doughs on mold of filming part → Filming upper and lower→ Formed through second pressing → pressed dough is sent to precise position by Clamping part→Film is cut off by Cutting Part→ Formed products are clipped out and conveyed by Cylinder blanking part →Formed products are stacked and conveyed by Convey and Sorting part →Put into storage.

SPECIFICATION
Filming Molding machine is an automatic machine which is developed by Jinke. It is more convenient than traditional method by manual and can reduce the production time to relieve labor intensity.
Shredded Cakes, pancakes, Roti Paratha, tabletop spring onion cake, spring onion pie, thin crust sweet cake, thin crust series kinds and sizes can be processed by this machine.
