Mango Puree Production Line consists of pretreatment unit, main processing unit,packing unit and contrul unit.
1. Technical parameters of the production line
1.1. Product name: mango puree ;
1.2. Raw materials: fresh mango;
1.3. Production and packaging requirements: raw material handling capacity is 3 tons/h, aseptic bags (standard: 220L/bag/barrel),
1.4. Production form: automatic production + manual operation;
1.5. Compressed air consumption: ≈ 3M3/min (no oil, no water, dry compressed air, provided by the owner);
1.6. Power consumption: ≈180kw /H, (provided by the owner), the final data is subject to the design data of Aideke engineers, only the production line equipment provided by SSS;
1.7. Steam consumption: 1000kg/H (pressure 10kg);
1.8. Water consumption: ≈ 5T/H (provided by the owner);
1.9. Cooling water volume: 100T/H (32℃);
1.10. Laboratory testing equipment: a full set of testing equipment is defined by the customer;
1.11. Pipeline valve: the connection of the whole line of equipment (provided by SSS);
1.12. A single production line has multiple stations, and a single shift has about 15 operators/shift; (the specific arrangement depends on the different production conditions of the customer's site);
