1. This unit is designed for small-scale fish meal processing plants, offering low investment requirements and rapid returns on investment. It integrates steaming, pressing, and drying processes into a single system. Thermal oil is used as the heat transfer medium, and an electric heating method is employed to replace steam boilers.

2. The screw feeder, cooking machine, and pressing machine all utilize variable-frequency drive motors, enabling flexible adjustment of the cooking machine's feed rate and main shaft rotational speed to meet the production process adjustment requirements arising from variations in raw material types or sizes, thereby ensuring an uniform and continuous cooking process;

3. Electrically heated thermal oil, operating temperature: 180°C; oil temperature is automatically controlled using an electric thermocouple.

4. Total power consumption: 50 kW + 120 kW (electric heating elements) = 170 kW

5. Raw material processing rate: 500 kg/h

6. Operation: Can be easily operated by a single person.

7. Suitable for aquatic product processing enterprises for handling aquatic by-products, as well as for small-scale fish meal plants dealing with unstable raw material supplies; additionally, it is widely used by users on islands or at fishing ports where the volume of fish caught is relatively small.

The raw materials are first crushed to reduce their particle size, facilitating rapid and uniform cooking; after being cooked and sterilized, the materials are fed into a steam dryer for drying; under the action of the mixing blades, the materials are thoroughly dried, resulting in whole-fat fish meal.

I. Raw Materials

Ingredients: Fresh, cleaned herring

The raw materials are first crushed to reduce their particle size, facilitating steaming and drying.

Output: 500 kg of raw fish processed per hour.

Fish meal yield rate ≤ 20%; oil yield rate varies depending on the raw material, ≤ 5–7%.

Total weight: 16.33 tons, FOB Qingdao: USD 102,000, 50% advance payment.

Installation Method: The Seller shall dispatch technical personnel to the Buyer's company to install and commission the equipment; the Buyer shall be responsible for covering the technical personnel's visa fees, domestic and international travel expenses, as well as accommodation and meals; furthermore, the Buyer shall provide the technical personnel with a daily subsidy of USD 120.

7. The warranty period shall be 12 months from the date of equipment delivery. During this period, any malfunction or damage to the equipment not resulting from improper operation shall be covered free of charge by Party A (excluding wear-and-tear components); after the warranty period expires, the replacement parts shall be supplied at cost.

The above equipment must be shipped in two 40-foot high cabinets.

Recommended factory facility: eave height – 6 m; area – 12 × 20 = 240 m² (including raw material storage area, production area, and finished product storage area)
